Limited Lifetime Warranty
Our products are built to last. That’s why all our tumblers are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase.
What is covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:
- Issues with materials or construction
- Loss of thermal performance over time
- Faults that occur under normal use
This warranty applies only when the product is used and cared for according to the provided instructions.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, cosmetic damage)
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Modifications made after purchase
- Non-original or counterfeit products
Additionally, components such as lids, seals, and straws may not be covered under lifetime warranty.
Warranty duration
Our drinkware is covered for the lifetime of the product, excluding removable components such as lids and accessories.
